In response to my Blackface in Ballet post roasting POB(well mostly my grad school #messy), I have to give credit where it is due. I'm a little late but, in the fall POB made a huge progressive stride and hired the amazingly talented and beautiful dancer Sam Akins. I believe he is the first Black American to be signed in it's 200 plus year history. This is truly groundbreaking!!! Congratulations to him and much success in his new blessing and I pray that he be covered in ancestral protection and innovation!!! See POB, change is not a bad thing.🤎
Ps. here is a video of him slaying petit allegro....he truly flies. When I saw this I literally screamed!!🤎
